Box Breathing Ring

A small square. Something to do with your hands when you need a moment.

This adjustable minimalist ring is inspired by the four-part box-breathing exercise. Wear it simply as jewelry, or trace the square with your finger as a quiet guide through each step of the breath.

To use the ring for box breathing:

1. Trace the first side as you breathe in for four counts.
2. Trace the second as you hold for four counts.
3. Trace the third as you breathe out for four counts.
4. Trace the fourth as you hold for four counts.

Repeat if you’d like. If holding your breath feels uncomfortable, stop and return to your normal breathing.
