These Terms of Service govern your use of elamaeliving.com and any purchases made through the website. Throughout these Terms, “Elamae,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Elamae LLC. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or other user of the website.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Using Our Website

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to make a purchase from this website. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website, products, or content in a way that violates applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of others, interferes with the operation or security of the website, or introduces malicious code.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Because some items are handmade, produced in small batches, personalized, or supplied by independent partners, minor variations may occur.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities may change without notice. We may limit the sale of products to particular customers, households, geographic areas, or jurisdictions when reasonably necessary.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of inventory issues, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You also represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers. Elamae does not directly store complete payment-card information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you when appropriate and provide the option to accept the corrected terms or cancel the affected item for a refund.

4. Orders and Cancellations

After placing an order, you may receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has shipped.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or made-to-order products may not be changed or canceled once production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Some Elamae products are shipped directly by carefully selected makers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners. As a result, one order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, high order volume, supplier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can help investigate.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Certain products—including personalized items, digital products, consumable goods, opened personal-care products, gift cards, and final-sale merchandise—may not be eligible for return.

7. Digital Products

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, publish, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit an Elamae digital product without our written permission. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual-property rights.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final unless the file is defective or otherwise required by law.

8. Personalized and Custom Products

You are responsible for reviewing all names, initials, wording, dates, sizes, colors, and other customization details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in the customization information submitted by the customer. We may refuse customization requests that are unlawful, threatening, hateful, infringing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Product Use and Safety

Please read and follow all instructions, labels, warnings, ingredient lists, age recommendations, and care directions supplied with a product.

Information on this website is provided for general informational and lifestyle purposes. It is not medical, nutritional, veterinary, psychological, or other professional advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
