This embroidered “Sunset Chaser” patch measures approximately 3.5" and is designed for application with a commercial heat press. Add it to a compatible hat or garment for a small DIY project with excellent late-afternoon intentions.

Heat-Press Instructions

1. Set heat press between 320°F and 375°F.
2. Pre-press the garment for 7–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Position the patch and cover it with a protective heat-press sheet or parchment paper.
4. Apply heavy pressure for 15–20 seconds.
5. Turn the garment inside out and press the reverse side for an additional 15 seconds.

Heat presses and garment materials vary. Adjust the temperature, pressure, and pressing time as necessary for your equipment and fabric. Testing an extra patch is recommended when working with a new press or garment type.
